As a company, we are deeply rooted in our locations. In Breidenbach, Gotha and Legnica, around 650 people work towards one goal: our shared success.

Breidenbach

Breidenbach is located in the mountainous, forest-rich hinterland of Marburg-Biedenkopf.

Our first location is close to Biedenkopf, Gladenbach, Marburg, Gießen, and the adjacent district of Siegen-Wittgenstein, surrounded by many large cities and well-connected to the highway.


Many company processes start here, including the prefabrication of sheet metal parts for production.


Gotha

Our new robot manufacturing facility has been located in the fifth-largest city in Thuringia since 2023.

In addition to its history, the city boasts impressive sights, sports facilities, cycling and hiking trails, offering our employees a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.

With excellent connections to the A4 highway and long-distance rail, this company location is particularly attractive to employees.


Legnica

The city is known for its significant textile and metal processing industries, making it a key location for our company.


Here, too, we foster a strong sense of unity among our team members. This cohesion enables us and our employees to excel and continuously improve.


Our location is surrounded by historic castles and wild mountain areas, and is well-connected to the A4 highway.

That's not so easy to answer. We believe that the decision for an employer is not only made in your head, but above all with your gut. Once the general conditions are right, it's all about getting to know the company. That's why our first tip is to find out all you can about your potential future employer in advance - and make a note of any questions you still have when you meet them.

A cover letter should give an insight into your personality and motivation - so it is not necessary to list every position on your CV. It is much more important to show what qualifications you have and why we should choose you. If you set strong and clear priorities here, you will be convincing.

Before you press send, check all documents once again very carefully. Incorrect information can no longer be taken back - and incomplete information raises questions. A final look at spelling and punctuation is also recommended and crucial for a positive first impression. It is best to give your application documents to a friend for a final check.

Tomas Kirschenfauth: From day one, I experienced the culture at C + P as very family-oriented. Many employees know each other personally from school, sports clubs or as neighbors. Many have been with the company for a long time, allowing us to celebrate numerous 25 or 40-year anniversaries each year. This applies to all three locations.


And it fosters a culture with strong identification with the company. Simply put: You don’t just work at C + P, you’re a member of the C + P family. We’re here for each other.


C + P is a family business in the truest sense, and it’s important to me to maintain this culture. Of course, like any family, we can sometimes disagree. But what I consistently see is the collective will to make things work. The people at C + P are, in the best sense, very persistent, embodying Henry Ford’s motto: “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself,” and that commands my utmost respect. I was welcomed very openly from the start, and for that I am extremely grateful! This is not a given, especially for an external CEO who has to implement tough measures. I want to return this trust and work together with all C + P employees to build a stable future for the company and future generations. And as I have emphasized many times, I am completely confident we will succeed!
