C + P has been manufacturing steel furniture since 1925, today in its own plants in Breidenbach, Gotha and Legnica. On this page, we show what we do in practice, which management systems are externally audited and where you can find evidence for your supplier assessment.

Steel furniture built to last
We have been manufacturing steel furniture since 1925. Steel can be remelted without any loss of quality; at the end of its service life, the steel body can be returned to the material cycle.
From coating to delivery
Coating
Powder coating and dip painting in our own plants in Gotha and Legnica. Coating in line with the RAL colour register, colour analysis according to RAL 840-HR.
Our own logistics, no reloading
Delivered fully assembled and without reloading. Single-use packaging only where it is needed to protect the goods.
Environmental management
Environmental management according to ISO 14001 at our Breidenbach site.
Fair within the company and along the supply chain
As a family business, we put people at the centre: our employees, customers and partners. We pass our code of conduct on to our suppliers and regularly assess our cooperation against sustainability criteria.
Externally audited, not just claimed
We have our management systems audited regularly by independent bodies. Here you will find the certificates and the issuing bodies.
HPQR pre-qualification
Listed in the Hessian pre-qualification register: verified expertise, capacity and reliability for public contracts, including office, school and conference room furniture.
EcoVadis Silver Medal 2024
Sustainability rating covering the environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.
Wood in changing room benches
Our main supplier of beech bench slats holds FSC and PEFC chain-of-custody certification and uses beech from PEFC-certified forestry for our slats. C + P itself is not chain-of-custody certified; our benches do not carry an FSC or PEFC label.

Packaging: data sheets and declarations of conformity (PPWR)
We have set up a process to ensure that our packaging complies with the PPWR and are implementing the obligations under packaging law on material requirements, labelling and documentation by the specified deadlines. We document details of the packaging item for each order, for example on the delivery note.
Please understand that we are unable to complete individual requests.
Statement on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)
Dear customers and business partners,
we are not directly affected by the EUDR, but in some products we use bought-in parts that contain relevant raw materials.
The application of the regulation has been postponed. As things currently stand, it will apply to large and medium-sized companies from 30 December 2026 and to micro and small enterprises from 30 June 2027.
As part of our risk and supplier management, we use supplier declarations to ensure that our suppliers who are potentially affected by the regulation implement the required due diligence obligations by these dates. Should it become necessary to pass on information about individual items to you, we will inform you in good time.
Our sustainability manager is the designated contact person for C + P in this matter.
