Many companies claim to be sustainable and to offer high-quality products, but these statements do not always carry the same weight.
This is why we evaluate our quality, sustainability and product safety in a standardized manner with the aim of achieving measurable improvements and high customer satisfaction in all aspects relevant to C + P over time.
We align our efforts with internationally recognized standards that are accessible to all interested parties and undergo regular external evaluations by organizations such as TÜV, DMSZ (German Management System Certification) and EcoVadis, an internationally recognized sustainability rating platform.

Consideration of product safety regulations
- Comprehensive risk assessments have been carried out for our products. Most products have also undergone voluntary GS certification.
- Safety instructions and general important product information are included with each product in paper form in 21 languages.
- Our products are clearly and indelibly labelled in accordance with the regulation. The label includes information about the manufacturer and the contact address for product safety issues. Our company manufactures in the EU, which is why it is not necessary to name a specific contact person for product safety regulations. Our office and field staff are available as usual to answer any questions you may have.
- The label contains a QR code that customers can use to access safety instructions and, where applicable, other product information and operating instructions.
- The latest versions of these operating instructions are also published on our website www.cp.de. End customers can access them at any time via the QR code mentioned above, and our retail partners can access them directly via the link overview. This ensures that our B2B customers can also reliably integrate the latest product information into their product data in their shop or ERP system via the corresponding link.

This is the confirmation that we have fully implemented the necessary process to ensure that our packaging complies with the PPWR and that we are fulfilling all obligations under packaging legislation, including material requirements, labelling and documentation, in accordance with the law and within the specified deadlines.

Information regarding the packaging product is documented on an order-by-order basis in the order documentation, e.g. the delivery note.
We ask for your understanding that we are not able to respond to individual enquiries.
When reviewing customer enquiries, we have noted that individual enquiries also cover topics which are not relevant to our packaging products (e.g. substance restrictions in accordance with PFAS for food packaging) or which are not yet mandatory (e.g. recyclability or minimum recycled content in plastic packaging). We are urging our suppliers to provide this information as soon as possible, but no later than the expiry of the specified statutory deadlines, and will provide you with all further necessary information in this regard in good time.
